The Bruiser Graduate Academy

What is The Bruiser Graduate Academy?

The Bruiser Graduate Academy is an intensive 12-day training course for young adults with a passion for the performing arts, who are serious about their career. You'll get heaps of individual attention from our expert directors, musical directors, and choreographers to really hone your skills.

You'll also get one-on-one monologue coaching from a professional director, and advice from agents and casting directors on landing your first gigs. We offer workshops / industry talks throughout the course such as completing your tax return, audition technique and how Equity can support you to give you as much background and knowledge to help launch your career. We’ll even help with your headshots and CV!

The Graduate Academy is aimed at actors aged 18+ who are preparing for Drama School, are attending further education, have graduated or are professional actors wanting to enhance their skills. The course will culminate in a showcase performance in front of a host of NI Theatre professionals - a fantastic chance to get spotted!

Applicants must audition to gain entry to this course, and it is on this basis of ability and experience that they are offered a place.
