Samuel trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, graduating in 2014 with the Ian Fleming Award for Musical Theatre. His theatre credits include Aladdin (Stafford Gatehouse Theatre), Bill Humphries in 84 Charing Cross Road, (Salisbury Playhouse/Cambridge Arts Theatre), Flute in Midsummer Nights Dream (Middle Temple Hall), Silvius/Le Beau in As You Like It (Southwark Playhouse) and Gloumov in Too Clever By Half (Derby Guildhall). Samuel has also worked in television including roles in Doctors (BBC), The Royals (Lionsgate Television) and Giblets Boys (ITV).

Since graduating in 2014 from The School of The Arts, University of Northampton Joseph has worked across Voiceover, Film, Theatre and Television. He has worked with directors such as Laurie Sansom (current artistic director of the Scottish National Theatre), James Farrell (Nameless Theatre and associate director for the RSC) and Jamie Rocha Allan (assistant director for Frantic Assembly and associate director for the RSC).
